Terms of Service

By creating or maintaining an account on the Woods of Indian Run community site, you confirm the following:

You are at least 18 years old.
You either own a home in the Woods of Indian Run subdivision, or you live there as a renter. Accounts are limited to actual residents.
You will keep your login credentials secure and will not share your account with anyone outside your household.
You will not use the site to harass other residents, post spam, or impersonate others.
The Woods of Indian Run Homeowners' Association may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, fail to keep contact information current, or are no longer associated with a Woods of Indian Run residence.
Content you post (forum entries, comments, recommendations) remains yours; you grant the Association a non-exclusive license to display it on this site.
The site is provided as-is; outages, lost data, or moderation decisions are not grounds for liability against the Association or its volunteers.
